2010 LIHEAP NOTICE
Low Income residents of St. John the Baptist Parish may be eligible for financial assistance with their utility bills, through the Low-Income Home Assistance Program. Services will be provided by the St. John Department of Health and Human Services located at 128 Central Avenue, Reserve, Louisiana. All applicants must live in the parish and meet the income guideline.
Please call in for an appointment at (985) 536-4955 on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 between
the hours of 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.
No Walk-in Appointments – Telephone Appointments Only
You will need the following: your income for one month, a utility bill (heating/cooling), ID picture, and Social Security Cards for everyone in the household. Food Stamp recipients must present their household electronic m=notice from the Office of Family Services.
