CURFEW remains in EFFECT until further notice. WATER in LaPlace remains OFF.

FLOODING: The National Weather Service is forecasting continued flooding as Isaac moves north. Extreme caution is advised. The following subdivisions have experienced flooding issues: River Forest, Belle Terre, River Oaks, Summerlin Estates, Old 51, Cambridge, Palmetto Lakes, Carmel Valley, Riverlands Heights, Canterbury area, behind AOL School, Riverforest, Live Oak Landing, Homewood, Central Avenue, Garyville Northern, and Country Club.

WEATHER: St. John remains under a TROPICAL STORM WARNING…FLASH FLOOD and TORNADO WATCH

EVACUATION PICK UP POINTS: Anyone trying to escape the rising flood waters should go to the following common neighborhood pick up points:

Area: Cambridge                     Pick Up Point – Home Depot

Area: New Hwy 51                 Pick Up Point – Car Wash on Hwy 51 or Home Depot

Area: Belle Terre                     Pick Up Point – St. Andrews Fire Station

Area: Riverlands Heights        Pick Up Point – Movie Theatre, 1312 W. Airline Hwy

ASSISTANCE: If anyone is unable to walk to the neighborhood pick up point listed above due to a medical condition, please call 985-652-2222 to arrange for pick up at their home.

**EVACUEE STATUS: St. John Parish evacuees are in state shelters.

 POWER: 95% of St. John Parish remains without power.

SEARCH AND RESCUE: State Police, National Guard, Wildlife and Fisheries, and St. John Sheriff and Fire personnel are performing search and rescue operations and will continue through the night.
