Reserve Area Drainage Improvements Project Announcement

As part of the Reserve Area Drainage Improvements Project, St. John the Baptist Parish Utilities Department and LA Contracting Enterprises, LLC will be relocating a water line on Wednesday, July 6. Upgrades to the fire hydrants will be installed during this time as well.   

Due to this construction, all residents who live in the area stated below in Reserve will lose water for approximately 8 hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

  • 130 – 232 West 7th Street

LA Contracting Enterprises, LLC will work as efficiently as possible to get this project completed and the water restored in a timely manner.  When the water system is restored, residents will be under a Boil Water Advisory until test results are received from the Department of Health and Hospitals.  Residents will be notified when the Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.  Please listen for telephone messages and tune into Channel 15 or log on to www.sjbparish.com for more information.
