The Reserve Branch Library has recently undergone renovations to their facility located on 170 West 10th Street Reserve. The upgrades included new carpet, bathrooms, and fresh paint to the interior. In addition, the library purchased new furniture, computers and bookshelves.
"We are pleased with the renovations to the Library and believe that the changes are very inviting to the public" said Randy De Soto, Director of St. John the Baptist Parish Library Board. The Library is open Monday through Saturday, the hours of operation can be found on the website at www.stjohn.lib.la.us. "Our residents are encouraged to visit the Library to utilize their services and to view the enhancements to the facility" said Parish President Natalie Robottom.
The renovations were performed by Southern Construction Company at a cost of $137,000.
