Creole Farmers’ Market closed until September 12

ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH - The St. John the Baptist Parish Creole Farmers’ Market, located at the foot of the Veterans Memorial Bridge in Wallace, is closed until September 12, 2015 due to extreme heat.

The market will reopen on Saturday, September 12, with a variety of fruit and vegetable options for the fall. Market hours are 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The Creole Farmers' Market is funded through the Economic Development Department and offers quality and homegrown products with friendly service and fair prices. Anyone interested in becoming a vendor can visit the Parish's website at for a Creole Farmers’ Market vendor application form.
