St. John the Baptist Parish - President Natalie Robottom and Council Member Lucien Gauff joined Danny Guidry and other representatives of Pin Oak Terminals, LLC for a ribbon cutting ceremony to open their new office. Other elected officials, Administrative Staff, representatives of the River Region Chamber of Commerce and the Port of South Louisiana were also on hand for the grand opening at 408 Belle Terre Blvd. in LaPlace.
Pin Oak Terminals, LLC is a storage and logistics company committed to constructing a multi-faceted liquids and chemicals terminal along the Mississippi River in St. John Parish. Guidry stated that although project details are pending, the office will serve as a central location to meet and manage all upcoming developments.
Representatives of Pin Oak currently serve on the St. John Parish Community Advisory Panel (CAP) and work closely with many of the other major industrial organizations in the area to ensure the community is kept abreasts of upcoming decisions and activities. The Pin Oak Team also partners with the Port of South Louisiana to continue to bring economic opportunties to the area.
